The food here was awesome - lots of different options. The location is amazing - it's super close to Corvin Castle, both Deva and Hunedoara, and the beautiful old fortress. 🏰

We stayed at Caro for two nights, one on our way to Bulgaria and one on our way back to Poland. The owner, Ms. Maria, was incredibly kind and waited for us late at night, even after midnight. The triple rooms on the first and second floors were clean and nicely decorated. The parking in the yard was convenient. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of food, including local products and fresh fruits. The owner made us feel very welcome and ensured we had a fantastic experience.
I would recommend this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's great location. It is so close to Hunedoara Castle, making it the perfect solution for anyone wanting to visit the castle. And even though it is next to a loud highway, I appreciate how convenient it is for travelers like myself who are on the go. The hotel is also attentive to detail, with rooms on the second floor equipped with AC and good facilities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was small but good, giving me a good start to my day.
All was absolutely fine during my stay.

We had a truly warm and welcoming experience at Pensiunea Caro. The homemade Romanian food was filled with soul and the portions were generous. The rooms were freshly renovated, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to Deva and the Hunedoara Castle. The host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even helped us with directions. we highly recommend this place for a memorable stay.

the hot cross buns and Easter eggs in the room were a nice surprise.
The limited parking made it difficult to find a spot, and the noise from the busy road outside was disturbing. the room lacked basic amenities like soap and shower gel, which was disappointing.

Convenient location and attentive staff. The hotel was situated close to the highway, which was perfect for me during my business trip. The staff was attentive and accommodating, making my stay comfortable. The breakfast was also good, with a decent variety of options.
Room amenities could have been better. Unfortunately, I found the TV signal to be poor and had trouble adjusting the AC in my room.
